Our experience started off a little rusty. There were some communication problems at first. But, that is the importance of this review. Although we didn’t get off to a good start, we had a wonderful experience with this company. They truly went above and beyond to gain back our trust and we are glad we gave them the chance rectify the situation. Brishaun and Antonio, Heroes from Clog King Plumbing, spend 2 days in this sweltering heat, digging up yards and yards of soil in the backyard and cutting through 30 ft of 6 inch patio concrete, to remove collapsed orange-burg sewer pipe. My first experience with Clog Kings was during the night when wet carpet was discovered in the bedroom and I went looking for a 24/7 plumber. Update: Kenny and Antonio were back on the job site for a new issue. I didn't even mess around calling anyone else since Antonio did such an amazing job last year with a previous plumbing issue. I continue to be impressed by the level of service and professionalism from the folks at Clog Kings. Once again the job turned out to be a little bigger than we all anticipated (what can I say, it's an old home!). Kenny and Antonio dug right in, spent all day getting it right, pressure tested everything and cleaned up before leaving. Would recommend these guys (and Clog Kings) to anyone looking for a quality, trustworthy company. Previous Post: It was an absolute pleasure working with Antonio and Andrew at Clog Kings. Background Story: I had previously had 'And Services' come out to my house to fix a pipe clog in what I thought was my bathroom. They came out twice, charging me over $500 and the issue was still not resolved. And Services concluded that 10ft of Cast Iron piping needed to be replaced without even crawling into my crawl space. Frustrated by their "process", I reached out to Clog Kings. Enter Clog Kings: Antonio was great from the start. He and Andrew showed up on time and got to work. They spent 3 hours snaking and jetting my lines. They were adamant about not charging me for something that didn't actually resolve the issue and were incredibly fair about this process (not normal in my experience). While the first trip out did not resolve the issue, they insisted on coming back out to keep trying. Antonio took his time to crawl under the house an an attempt to identify the issue. We concluded that about 40ft of Cast Iron piping needed to be replaced, but it was a completely different section that 'And Services' had suggested. Antonio and Andrew completed this work in one day, at a more than reasonable price, and my issue is now resolved. In Conclusion: I would absolutely recommend Clog Kings and would suggest asking for Antonio. Fantastic communicator, actually cares about his work, is more than fair and always on time. WOW! This really is the best plumbing company. Being new to the area we didn't know who to call to resolve a sewer line drain issue which happened pretty fast in our house so we called Clog Kings because of their excellent reviews on Yelp. Mike was AMAZING and got out here super fast from St Pete after finishing up a job. He was excellent and the best technician and plumber I have ever encountered. He cleaned out all of our drains and wrestled with the clog and beat it! He was so thorough to make sure it was done right he cleaned out the 3 lines because the clog was so bad. He diagnosed the issue and nailed it perfectly!! We had a backup in our kitchen and master bath. We called yesterday before hours to try and get them in on the same day. Unfortunately, the volume of calls are really high, but they continued to communicate updating us if they would be able to send someone or giving us the option to have someone come in after hours which would have changed the pricing. Justin was the technician, and he was professional, friendly, and followed safety measures to protect him and my family. He called twice this morning to assure he would be by and when to expect. He was on time, and then was able to fix the issue in a timely manner. Additionally, he showed my wife and I the problem of what was causing the build-up. As this has been an issue in our house for some time, he explained several options on how to fix it long term. His explanation was clear, and made perfect sense. I could have been frustrated about having to wait, but the professionalism in which they conducted themselves and the outstanding detail and attention by Justin more than surpassed any reason to be frustrated. It makes sense why they have so many great reviews, and we made a follow-up appointment to explore some of the longer term fixes. We will keep Clog Kings as a business to work with. Thank you Justin! Justin came to out to our on a Friday night at 8:30 to help us out with a backed up shower and toilet filled with poop water! Meanwhile, another tub and toilet got backed up with poop water as well, so not just a little clog. A couple of weeks ago, I contacted Clog Kings to install two bathroom faucets, a shower trim kit, and a shower head. Unfortunately, the shower head we purchased would not work so Mitch told me what we needed and installed the faucets and I ordered the proper parts. I really appreciate that Mitch assisted me not only with the job he worked, but also by helping me with the new parts I needed. Once I received the parts, I again contacted Clog Kings and Antonio and Bershaun (sorry if I spelled it wrong) came out the same day. They replaced the shower trim kit (no easy job because the old one was stuck) and fixed an issue we were having with a clog in one of our sinks. Antonia and Bershaun demonstrated that everything worked before they left (as Mitch did a couple of weeks prior). I have had nothing but excellent experiences with Clog Kings. Despite working hourly, it was clear to me that they wanted to complete the job as quickly as possible and not "milk" the hourly rate. I called Clog Kings for a repair on a pvc pipe leading from the wall to the toilet. I spoke with the office who assured me they could take care of the repair the same day and she would dispatch someone shortly. 7 mins later I received a phone call from Andrew, the technician that he was en route. He went over pricing and what to expect over the phone. He arrived about 20 mins later, assessed the problem and went right to work on it. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The repair required that he cut into the drywall and although he informed us that they didn’t repair/replace drywall, he made sure to keep the cut area to a minimum, he saved the piece to place back in the cut and made it look incredibly neat so what could have been a more costly drywall repair is now barely a patch job. Antonio and Brishaun responded to my call on a Saturday and were at our house in approx 1 hour. Our water softener failed and released resin into our lines. All I have to say is thank goodness for Clog Kings! Last week I had another company come out and say that my Kitchen sink pipe needed about $1500 worth of work done, and that they could do a temporary fix for $800. We had a toilet clog that I could not clear with a plunger or snake, so called Clog Kings around 10am and they told me Mike could be out around 1pm. At 1pm Mike called to tell me he was just finishing up his previous job and would be there in 20 minutes.... and sure enough, he was. Mike is a super nice guy and went the extra mile to make sure everything was really cleared out. He started on the roof from the vent, but that didn't fix it, so he had to pull the toilet to snake from there, and he still wasn't sure it totally clear so went to his truck to get more cable to go in even farther. Then, he cleaned up nicely, and the bill was just what they had told me it would be on the phone. I can't imagine a better experience to solve a nasty little problem. Today, as with most projects, we were having a new washer/dryer installed and things didn't go as planned. When removing the old hose which had rusted to the spigot, the entire spigot assembly literally twisted off the pipe inside the wall... I called another Company and they wouldn't even give us a quote or come out to look at our situation. Just said we needed a new Hot Water Heater and it would cost $1,200-$1,400 with install because our Hot Water Heater is 8 years old (it works fine by the way.) I wanted to send a major shout out to Clog Kings for an amazing, emergency job with which they helped us a couple weekends ago. I am the GM of a very busy cigar bar and live music bar in downtown St. Petersburg and we deal with our share of craziness on weekends. We had a customer (somehow) break the main water line going into the toilet in one of our bathrooms underneath the on/off valve, causing a geyser of water to be shooting up from the floor. This caused major flooding, which led to us having to shut off the water to the entire live music venue at 1:30 AM on a Saturday, in the middle of our busiest time of the week. They were able to get out to us and get the problem fixed in no time. The technician (I apologize, I cannot remember his name) had all of the right materials and knowledge to get us back up and running with minimal loss of business, considering the day and time. We have not had any problems with the fix. Not only that, but the cost was way less than what I was expecting it to be. I would like to sincerely thank the awesome Clog King Team that worked on a difficult situation on our home. The team came out to our home 2 times to try and unclog what we initially that was a grease clog, however it turns out that a pipe was crushed under the home along with tree roots growing inside the pipes. Clog King Professionals were there from noon to dusk and fixed the issue. It was a very long HOT day and they stayed until it was fixed. I cant say enough great things about Clog Kings! We live in an older house and the pipes have backed up twice now (of course on a weekend!) Both times, very nice and professional plumbers were at our house in like an hour. They were very knowledgeable, explained to us what’s happening and the different options to fix it. These guys were great. Even when issues arose that were not expected, they stayed within a reasonable quote that was far under that of what others would have been. They cleared a clog, installed a clean-out and acid washed out pipes so that we have adequate drainage again. Extremely professional group of people. I could not be more pleased!!! The fantastic Google reviews led me to Clog Kings when I messed up and killed my garbage disposal. The person in the office that answered the phone when I called could not have been nicer!! I did not get her name, but she was awesome!! She answered all of my questions and told me that she would have a technician call me as soon as they were available. I got a call the next morning letting me know that I was on their list and that they would be by as soon as possible. When Antonio and his co-worker showed up, they were very professional and incredibly kind. They did not even judge the fact that the garbage disposal issues were all my own doing! :-) They fixed the problem in no time at all -- I was shocked that it wasn't broken!!! They explained what they did and how I can troubleshoot going forward. I could not be more pleased!! EXCELLENT 5 STAR SERVICE!! A year ago, I had originally called someone to give me information on a tankless water heater. I appreciated the info and I kept them in mind. Tonight, our water line broke and we had NO water to the house. There are 6 people living in our home with 3 dogs and 2 cats - not having water would have been a disaster! I frantically called ClogKings around 8pm and someone called me back. Anthony showed up just after 9pm and stayed until the problem was fixed. In conversation, we found out that he had been working since 6am. That's dedication!! I WILL DEFINITELY CALL THEM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE HAVING PLUMBING ISSUES. He worked after hours for an hour and a half when he could have been home. He had to weld and drill to fix the pipe. I was expecting a crazy high bill...it was around $300. The best example of customer service I've run across in a while. After a tumultuous start due to an old house with old plumbing at midnight, Justin called to make things right. He personally came out on a Saturday, made sure to keep our costs fair, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He then installed a pass through even dealing with soggy earth and a collapsing hole. Mark came by and was wonderful. I just bought this home 15 days ago and started having plumbing issues with both of the toilets clogging and my shower cartridge failing (cold showers!!!). He arrived to the house 15 minutes early (got here before me) and was kind enough to wait and did not start the clock until he began (honesty!!). He made sure my cats did not escape the house when he was coming in and out. One toilet had fecal matter in it and he went as far as cleaning up a bit (is he married?) He is very professional and kind. I have a few more issues to be dealt with but that needs to be the next pay check. I highly recommend and will use again. I have no disclosures. This is the best plumbing company that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! I had a leaking main water turn off valve and 3 hose spigots on the exterior of the house that leaked and needed to be replaced. Excellent plumber service. They do FULL REPAIRS!!! After calling the big name R-guys who didn’t show up for an emergency call that night, then they came in the morning, the plumber gave a crazy high price for repairs with no real quote on how they decided on that arbitrary number. I went back on the search and within 3 hours Justin who I spoke with on the phone showed up. He had my problem fixed in 45 mins and it was less then half of the big R-guys price.
